[atlas] labs.ripe.net dead?

Hello. 29.03.2012 labs.ripe.net stopped respond to icmp. https://zpm02.atlas.ripe.net/atlas/rrd.png?prb_id=741&msm_id=1007&type=weekly&end=last

From other places with other internet connections also not respond to icmp.
