[atlas] Credits transfer no longer working?

Did anyone notice problems with credit transfers? I run a RIPE Atlas workshop tomorrow abnd I tried to transfer credits to attendants, people with a RIPE account, both in the same LIR and outside. Nothing is credited on their side.
