[atlas] Ask for credits for my experiment.

Hello everyone! I hope this message finds you well. My name is Yunpeng Xing, and I am a master's student at Tsinghua University in China. I am currently working on an experiment to test the performance of global DNS Anycast using RIPE Atlas. However, I do not currently have any credits for this purpose.
