I'm running a few NTP measurements on all probes (frequency 900). So it would be weird if you probe doesn't have them.
What target where you trying?
I do see your NTP measurements, but I suppose these are UDMs provisioned by your user account, no? — I somehow had the impression that the NTP measurements would also be running on my probe as built-in measurements by the RIPE Atlas system (similar to ping/ping6 to first/second hop). Perhaps I am wrong.

PS: I am not trying to provision a UDM, I was just out of curiosity looking at the data collected by my probe via the built-in measurements.
