As a last step, I transferred the probe temporarily to the company network and have the same issue.
If you look at the Status tab: https://atlas.ripe.net/probes/31884/#!tab-status you will see that the probe reports that the USB drive is corrupted. Hopefully, if you follow the procedure on that page, you can get the probe connected again. Kind regards, Johan ter Beest RIPE Atlas Team
