[atlas] Atlas infrastructure upgrades

Dear Atlas users, During the course of this week, we'll be busy with a major upgrade to virtually all components of the Atlas infrastructure. This affects the UI, the backend database, and the probe controllers as well. Please don't be alarmed when your probe disconnects, or if you cannot reach the web interface.
