Hi , I've spent significant number of hours trying to do that. No luck. I did ended up with Verbatim stick. There's no way to get it out of RO mode. Then I just went to the store and bought 8 Gig USB 2.0 Kingston. A couple of guys that I contacted and I give them instruction to reformat the USB stick said that the USBs are read only. I already told them to try to change the USB sticks, but looks like none are voluntarily (buy a new USB/use their USB stick) to change the USB sticks. Any idea how to revive the dead probe?
