[RIPE Atlas Ambassadors] Changes to the Distribution Model for RIPE Atlas Probes

Dear "ambassadors", as I mentioned last week, we have made some adjustments in the distribution model of RIPE Atlas probes to ensure wider topological and geographical probe coverage.
