For proper ownership transfer, new owner should register and make a RIPE account.
Then you hand it over to his/her registered e-mail address. That way, only new contact will be shown.
Of course you will see that on your list if that probe is from your ambassador batch.

Otherwise, you are still the official owner, hence your info will be shown, no matter with whom the probe is.
