[RIPE Atlas Ambassadors] Ambassador function, Cuba

Hi folks, just a tiny breadcrumb of feedback... I used the opportunity of the recent ICANN Meeting in Buenos Aires to take a few probes along. While I failed to get hold of one person to take a probe to her island, I succeeded to hand over one probe to be taken back home.
