Sample End User Assignment Agreement - Russian Version Published
Dear Colleagues, We wish to inform you that the RIPE NCC has created a Russian version of the sample End User Assignment Agreement published on our website. You can download the English and Russian versions of the agreement as .pdf files at: http://www.ripe.net/membership/lir-end-user-agreement.html You can use the sample End User Assignment Agreement and sign it with your End Users who hold independent resources. You also have the option to adjust the sample agreement according to the requirements of your legal department. Я извиняюсь, но документ настолько сырой, что не пройдет даже юриста-практиканта у первого моего клиента. "Права и действия, представляемые RIPE NCC согласно п. 4.4, 7.7, 7.8, 7.9 и 10.2, предоставляются безотзывное и для прибыли RIPE NCC и без подтверждения RIPE NCC." В ходе аудиторской проверки возникли вопросы о том, нужно или не нужно платить НДС с членского взноса и/или других платежей за услуги RIPE NCC? Хотелось бы помочь финансовому директору их решить с точки зрения Гражданского кодекса РФ, Закона о валютном контроле и т.п.
