Dear Mr. Krylov, As I understand from your e-mail below you will not need a certified copy of the certificate of residency of the RIPE NCC. My understanding is that a copy of our tax status in the Netherlands is sufficient for your purposes. I will ask someone to fax these to you. In the future please send your service request not via the mailing list but directly to billing@ripe.net so we can process your request. Dear colleagues, Just wanted to inform you that today the yearly invoices will be send out. The quarter and half-yearly invoices will be send out in the beginning of December. There is one important change to the quarter and half-yearly invoices. The Billing Charge for 2006 will be set to zero, so no Billing charge will be added to the invoices.
