Давайте поддержим еще одного нашего кандидата - Максима Тульева. Макс работал в ООО "Гарант-Парк-Телеком" с 2003 по 2006 год, знает и будет поддерживать русскоязычный сегмент Интернет.

В данное время Максим Тульев ведет какую-то невразумительную переписку в address-policy-wg, утверждая, что оплата за услуги RIPE NCC из России незаконная (illegal). Если он действительно так думает, пусть почитает материал http://www.ripe.net/meetings/regional/moscow-2006/downloads/rusfacts.pdf и укажет, что там незаконного. См. также ст. 6 Закона о валютном регулировании и вал. контроле. Если же он намеренно морочит голову иностранцам, то вряд ли это хороший кандидат. Т.к. хороший кандидат прежде всего не должен лгать.
