The RIPE 54 Meeting takes place in three weeks time. If you hold a Russian passport and will be attending the meeting, we urge you to arrange your visa for Estonia as soon as possible. It can take up to *30* days to process a visa and all Russian passport holders will require the visa to enter the country. *If you have not already applied for your visa, please contact: meeting@ripe.net.* A visa will be applied for on your behalf by Norby Telecom. This organisation is the host of the RIPE Meeting and will be your sponsor for the duration of your stay in Estonia.
If the visa application is successful, you will be informed and can pick up your visa at your local Estonian Embassy or Consulate.
Kind regards, Sandra Gijzen RIPE NCC
