The RIPE NCC Regional Meeting will take place at the Marriott Grand
Hotel in Moscow from 29 September - 1 October 2010.
Call for Presentations
--------------
We're now seeking contributions to the plenary program. If you would
like to give a presentation at this meeting, please send your proposal
and slides to <meeting(a)ripe.net>. Please note that the proposal should
be written in English, however the presentation itself can be given in
Russian. We will provide simultaneous translation services (Russian and
English) at the meeting.
Program
----------
Operational content will play a central part of the agenda. Topics will
cover challenges, tools, experiences and best practices in areas such
as: DNS, peering, routing, datacenters, IPv6 and more. The program will
consist of plenary presentations, panel discussions and hands-on
workshops running in parallel.

The sessions are highly interactive, with a generous amount of time for
Q&A and comments from the audience.
Please note that this is a technical conference so marketing and
commercial content is not accepted within the program.

Dear Colleagues,
The RIPE NCC Regional Meeting will take place at the Marriott Grand
Hotel in Moscow from 29 September - 1 October 2010. This is an excellent
opportunity to meet with colleagues from the Russian region, key players
in the global and local Internet industry, and RIPE NCC staff. The
meeting is hosted by the Coordination Center for TLD RU.

This meeting is free to attend, but you must register in advance. You

Program
-------
The program this year is extended to three days and will cover a
wide-range of topics facing the technical and operational Internet
community today. Operational content will make up a major part of the
agenda. Topics will cover challenges, tools, operational experiences and
best practices in areas such as:
* DNS
* Peering
* Routing
* Datacenters
* IPv6
* Security
The agenda will also allow for non-operational content such as:
* Internet governance
* Registry development
* IAB/ IETF updates
The program will consist of plenary presentations, panel discussions,
and hands-on workshops running in parallel. Simultaneous translation
services (Russian and English) will be provided for all sessions except
the hands-on workshops.
