Dear Colleagues, We wish to inform you that the RIPE NCC has created a Russian version of the sample End User Assignment Agreement published on our website. You can download the English and Russian versions of the agreement as .pdf files at: http://www.ripe.net/membership/lir-end-user-agreement.html You can use the sample End User Assignment Agreement and sign it with your End Users who hold independent resources. You also have the option to adjust the sample agreement according to the requirements of your legal department. подскажите по биллингу/бухгалтерии

Коллеги, есть ли в списке те, кто участвовал в разработке действующих биллинговых документов для Российской Федерации? Нужен ваш совет. Наши бухгалтеры утверждают, что для того, чтобы налоговая не придралась к платежу необходим _оригинал_ вот этого документа: http://ripe.net/membership/billing/corporate/2009-ru.pdf С оригинальным апостилем само собой. Я убеждаю их что более сотни LIR в РФ работают успешно и легально проводят платежи с тем пакетом документов, что есть. Но мне не верят. Так как я сам в этой теме абсолютно ничего не понимаю (я технический специалист), то убедительных аргументов я привести не могу, кроме аргумента, о том, что остальных российских LIR всё устраивает. Подскажите пожалуйста, как реагирует налоговая на факсимильную копию declaration of residence? Как проводит этот платёж ваша бухгалтерия? -- Totus tuus, Glebius.
