Mission: The research concerns security schemes and mechanisms for secure IoT based on DNSSEC (DNS Security Extensions) and DANE (DNS-Based Domain Authenticated Naming Extension). The idea is to design security schemes for enrolling IoT devices and supporting lightweight communication channels over constrained IoT networks such as LoRa. Skills & Expertise The position requires strong competences in systems, networking, DNS, cybersecurity, and IoT. The candidate needs to have excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Research experience in the field of networking or security is a plus. The candidate must have a PhD degree (for a post-doc position) or a master’s degree (for the research engineer position) in computer science or telecommunications with excellent results.
