a) Is the 500 words limit for the slides that need to be submitted beforehand or for the abstract to be provided in the application form? The word limit is for the abstract. b) How long is the presentation meant to be? Are the 30 minutes for “stand-alone presentations” are also applied to the RACI submissions or are there other slots assigned? 20 minutes on average, but please read the FAQ for further explanation.
c) Are the presentation slides due with the application or can they be handed in later? The draft slides are due at the moment of application. It is difficult for us to evaluate the proposal based on abstract alone. Once an application is approved, the author can of course fine-tune the slides.
