Hi all, I am a PhD student at University College London working with Dr Anna Mandalari and Dr Volker Stocker to develop a taxonomy of network shutdown circumvention methods, with a focus on their technical efficacy and operational viability in protest/conflict scenarios. Given the nature of this mailing list and your collective areas of expertise in this field, we would really appreciate if you could spare 20 minutes to help us validate this taxonomy by filling out a short form. You will be asked to rank 10 circumvention methods by a set of criteria extracted from the literature, and your rankings will directly inform a diagnostic tool for assessing circumvention strategies and guiding future development of tools.
