Dear Emilio, Thank you for proposal. I write to oppose the pending proposal to publish a record of all transfers conducted under the policy. For example, on stock market no one publish who sold and who bought shares. I think for safety reason. They are purely editorial and reflect that the depletion is no longer a future event.
