During the last update of "IPv4 Address Allocation and Assignment
Policies for the RIPE NCC Service Region" (ripe-484), some text was
overlooked. The missing text, which comes from the accepted proposal
"Run Out Fairly" (2009-03), has been restored and an updated document
has been published as ripe-492.
