Dear Friends I would like to know whether every company holding either ISP, ISDP, PAP, Servco, FCP, ... could enter Tehan IXP, and whether they can use every content for free. If the content is free as said in the media, why some FCPs signed contract with Aparat? Kind Regards,Sepehr
