I'm not a user from RT myself, so would love to hear how common this is used in the RIPE community. Anyone wants to comment? Anyone else here using RT? Could you comment on what specific you want to discuss related to RT? One choice would be trying to convince anyone from the developers to attend RIPE and having some presentation or Q&A session. Anyone here having contacts to some of the key people (and could ask them if they want to attend RIPE to talk about RT?) - Martin On Mar 18, 2013, at 3:27 PM, Wolfgang Tremmel wrote:

We have a few ideas on what should/can be presented, but would love to get more feedback from the community. Is there some OpenSource software you are using in your network and we should try to get some of the authors to attend?
Being the customer support guy of DE-CIX I would like that not only network management stuff is discussed, but also things used to run ISPs/IXPs. The open source software we here at support use most is RT (RequestTracker).
cheers, Wolfgang
