The goal of the proposal is for the RIPE NCC to publish the validated legal address information of holders of Internet number resources.

Is the goal of this proposal to force ressources holders to publish a postal address matching the one specified in public records (e.g. registry of commerce), or to make the RIPE NCC validate the postal address submitted by the ressource holder (by sending a postal mail)? -- Jonathan Leroy
