Change is good. Keeps the industry all dynamic. :-) One can not have noticed the trend (as also mentioned in past RIPE meeting presentations) that there is a cyclic nature in staff recruitment and churn over every 4-5 year period.. and it may be that this is now happening. Not only at NCC but also at other registries. Regards Denesh
