One can not have noticed the trend (as also mentioned in past RIPE meeting presentations) that there is a cyclic nature in staff recruitment and churn over every 4-5 year period.. and it may be that this is now happening. Not only at NCC but also at other registries. I also agree with you. The thing I found odd was a whole host of maneger posts all at once. As Mister Pawlik has said there are some changes planned. I hope this doesn't mean splitting up the team there and employing more chiefs than indians. I'd hate to see a facsimilie of the failed plans to restructure the British NHS!
