[ncc-services-wg] Minutes from the NCC Services WG meeting at RIPE 89

I’d like to remind the working group that we will have a selection process for a new co-chair at RIPE 89, and encourage potential candidates to speak to one of the current co-chairs if you want to know what the role entails.
