PayPal's the most useful option. Firstly, you can aggregate money from a several bank accounts to a single PP. Secondly, you always could think forward and save some money on PP account for the next year )

That's most right, legal and correct option. But we tried several banks, and they just reject the payment. Last time it was because of there is word "Moscow" in the (old?) blank of the RIPE NCC contract.
