Suggestion : leave it on the Web site (in text form, not in HTML) but do not make a link to it. Instead, write: <P>If you want the list of IP allocation by country (<em>Warning: it is a huge document</em>), do not use a regular Web browser but get it with a dedicated tool like curl or wget at the address <code>http://www.ripe.net/something.txt</code>. <!-- Do note I did not use a <A> element, on purpose -->
