[ncc-services-wg] Updated Implementation Plan: Publication of Sponsoring LIR for Independent Number Resources

Dear colleagues, On 30 January 2014, we announced a proposal for the implementation of RIPE Policy Proposal 2012-08, “Publication of Sponsoring LIR for Independent Number Resources”. Since then, we received valuable input on this mailing list and have adjusted the proposal accordingly.
