Dear Colleagues,

As described in section 5.5 of RIPE policy, ripe-524 "Address Allocation and Assignment Policies for the RIPE NCC Service Region", RIPE NCC members are able to transfer Internet number resources to another member after RIPE NCC approval and based on demonstrated need.

As the RIPE NCC's pool of available IPv4 addresses depletes, we expect that the number of members wanting to transfer resources will increase.

In order to streamline the transfer process, we are launching the RIPE NCC Listing Service.

The Listing Service enables members to offer the address blocks they hold and no longer need. Members who want to acquire IPv4 address space can browse the list and request a transfer under the current policy. This policy is can be found online at:
