Hi all, A possible solution would be that addresses entered in the LIR portal would be considered as just "allowed to subscribe" to the mailing-lists, maybe with an invitation to subscribe being sent, but without actually subscribing them. the actual subscription would follow the classic subscription process, with the extra check of verifying that the subscribing address is declared in the LIR portal.
