[ncc-services-wg] Excursion to NSD history. Was: Allow DNSMON services to monitor ENUM domains

Olaf Kolkman has just reminded me that he worked on early versions of NSD as part of his duties as a RIPE NCC staffer. In particular Olaf contributed the irst implementation of the zone file compiler. I apologise to Olaf for failing to acknowledge his very valuable contribution and I apologise to all of you for not having this fact 100% right.
