really good analysis report. thanks lab and thanks ncc ops. one comment
We noticed that attendees seemed reluctant to report issues to the RIPE NCC operations team during the RIPE meeting
there is no visible clue on how to do this. e.g. no ops help desk or 'get tech help' signage pointing to the noc. randy
