In fact, RIPE-257: -- quote -- The RIPE NCC can only supply services to organisations that operate as a legal entity in the RIPE NCC service region. There is still the point that "humans" are "legal entities" in a number of legal territories, including England. There should be no reason that you should be a company to joing RIPE. Peter
