Hello There is no way to implement the transfer blockings on the whole territory of Ukraine. There are hundreds of companies, which are the owners of IP resources. additional problems to ukrainians. Andrii

Who and how will decide if resources are Ukrainian or not. And why should Ukrainian resource holders all suffer from the "Ban all" policy if DNR, LNR and RU should not? Hi, I heard that someone propoused do not provide to ukrainian's LIRs possibilities to manage thair resourses (like transfering). It's totally insaine. How a limitation of our rights should help us? Only russia should be banned!!! RIPE NCC has to do their job and protect LIRs that are temporarry under occupation but not by banning whole Ukraine. Stop TERROrussia! As the Ukrainian LIR, I'm strongly against the ban of transferring Ukraine's resources! It won't help me at all, but it will cause me a lot of problems. I do not believe it will help to protect resources on the occupied territories. NCC hostmasters have to check all the "documents" from DPR/LPR/ other temporarily occupied territories very carefully. Dear Colleagues, This is a call for nominations or volunteers to co-chair the RIPE NCC Services working group. Please DO NOT reply to this message if you wish to volunteer or propose a volunteer. Call for RIPE NCC Services Working Group Chair In accordance with the chair selection process we announce that the term of one of our co-chairs (Rob Evans) will soon expire and we would like to invite volunteers, or nominations, for someone to become a co-chair of the RIPE NCC Services working group. Anyone may volunteer, and anyone may be nominated by someone else. To do this, please send a mail to ncc-services-wg-chairs(a)ripe.net <mailto:ncc-services-wg-chairs@ripe.net> before the end of Tuesday 11th October 2022. It would be helpful for candidates to provide some words as to why they think they ought to be a co-chair, what new ideas, or improvements they might bring, and so on. We will publish the list of volunteers, along with anything the volunteers include with their nomination, to this mailing list on Tuesday 11th October 2022. Discussion and support (or opposition) for each candidate can then be offered on the list. At the NCC Services working group session at RIPE 85, Kurtis will announce the candidate based on the mailing list discussion.
