[GM] Publication of Final Supporting Documents
Dear RIPE NCC members, All supporting documents for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) May 2023 are now available at: https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/meetings/may-2023/documentation... The documents include: - RIPE NCC Annual Report 2022 - RIPE NCC Financial Report 2022 - Four options for the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2024, along with two votes on separate ASN and transfer fees (we have also included an updated calculator that allows members to see how the various models would affect them) - RIPE NCC Standard Service Agreement - Proposed Amendment We ask members to read these documents and provide feedback on the Members Discuss mailing list or during the GM itself. The draft agenda with resolutions to be voted on is also available at: https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/meetings/may-2023/agenda-ripe-n... The agenda will be in draft form until two weeks before the GM. Until this time, members can propose resolutions, which will need the support of 200 members. Members can also email the Executive Board at <exec-board at ripe.net> to suggest resolutions. The Board asks that questions or comments be sent ahead of the GM to <agm at ripe.net> to help ensure an efficient meeting. An election will be held at this GM to fill two seats on the RIPE NCC Executive Board. There are currently three confirmed candidates. The deadline to nominate candidates is Wednesday, 3 May 2023.
