[GM] Have You Registered for the General Meeting Yet? One Week To Go

Dear colleagues, The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) takes place one week from today on 10 May. All members are asked to participate by registering their votes and attendance options through the LIR Portal: https://www.ripe.net/s/gm-registration-may-2017 The registration process takes less than a minute to complete, and we ask that you exercise your participation and voting rights in this important meeting for the RIPE NCC and the membership. Members voting remotely should register to do so before the deadline on 16:00 UTC+2 on 10 May. If you have already registered to vote electronically, you will receive an email with a link to the voting software on the day of the GM. The voting window will remain open until 09:00 UTC+2 on Friday, 12 May. If you are attending the GM in person, please go to the GM Registration Desk before 16:00 UTC+2 on Wednesday, 10 May to check in and receive your meeting materials and entrance sticker. Agenda and Resolutions ----------------------- The agenda for the GM: https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/meetings/may-2017/agenda There will be a discussion and vote on the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2016. The RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2018 will be presented to the membership, who will vote on whether or not to adopt the scheme. Executive Board Election ------------------------ An election for three vacant seats on the RIPE NCC Executive Board will take place at the GM. There are five confirmed candidates. The meeting will be broadcast live for all members from the remote participation page at 18:00 UTC+2 next Wednesday.
