The GM will be held adjacent to the RIPE 64 Meeting, which takes place from 16-20 April 2012 at the Grand Union Hotel in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Registration ------------ You can register to attend the GM at: http://www.ripe.net/lir-services/ncc/gm/april-2012/registration Registration will remain open until 15:00 (UTC +2) on the day of the GM. Proxy Voting ------------ The deadline to nominate a proxy to represent you at the GM is 23:59 (UTC +2) tonight, 4 April. Any proxy sent to us after this date will not be valid. Electronic Voting ----------------- All RIPE NCC members who are registered contacts were today sent reminders by email to register to vote electronically. If you wish to vote electronically, you must register to do so by 17 April 2012 at 17:00 (UTC +2). To register, you need follow the process outlined in the email sent today and then send a copy of your photographic ID to <agm@ripe.net>. If you sent your ID to the RIPE NCC for a previous GM, you just need to email <agm@ripe.net> to let us know. This will complete your registration for electronic voting.
