[GM] Draft Agenda and Supporting Documents for RIPE NCC General Meeting

Dear RIPE NCC members, The draft agenda and the supporting documents for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) May 2025 have been published. The supporting documents are: - Proposed amendments to the RIPE NCC Conflict Arbitration Procedure - RIPE NCC Annual Report 2024 - RIPE NCC Financial Report 2024 - Draft RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2026 The draft agenda with resolutions to be voted on is now available at: https://www.ripe.net/membership/gm/meetings/may-2025/agenda/ The agenda will become final two weeks before the General Meeting (30 April 2025). Until this time, members can propose resolutions, which will need the support of 395 members if they are to be added to the agenda. Members can propose and support agenda topics and resolutions using the member proposal form: https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/member-proposals/ The Board notes that GM-relevant questions or comments can be emailed to agm@ripe.net before the GM to help ensure an efficient meeting. An election will be held at this GM to fill two seats on the RIPE NCC Executive Board. The deadline to nominate a candidate is Wednesday, 23 April.
