[service] Document Management at the RIPE NCC
Dear colleagues, The RIPE NCC will move to a new cloud-based ticketing system, Zendesk, in the coming weeks. The data centres for this system are located in the EU and are fully ISO 27001 compliant. As part of the transition process, and to ensure security for you and your private information, we will change the way we receive and manage documentation from next week. Members often send us sensitive and confidential documents that they would not want uploaded to the cloud. We will ensure that these are stored only on dedicated RIPE NCC servers. All requests to the RIPE NCC that require sending documentation are already submitted through my.ripe.net - so there is no change here. If you need to add further documentation to a request, you will be able to do this using the enhanced 'My Tickets' functionality that will be available to registered LIR account holders.
