The Billing Procedure was updated to clarify the distinction between a RIPE NCC member and an LIR account. In particular, it clarifies that non-payment of the RIPE NCC membership fee leads to the termination of the RIPE NCC Standard Service Agreement for the member and consequently to the closure of all LIR accounts that member holds.
