Registry -- LIR Stats Number of LIRs: 20,991 (-206) Number of members: 19,993 (-115) LIRs with IPv6: 15,722 (-45) IPv4 addresses transferred in December: 4,422,732 (+3,516,364) LIRs on IPv4 Waiting List: 899 Days that first LIR in queue has been waiting: 491 % of IPv4 address space covered by ROAs: 71% % of IPv6 address space covered by ROAs: 40% ARCs completed in December: 171 -- Invoice 2025 and Payment Extensions The RIPE NCC invoice for 2025 was issued in early January. Invoices are available in the LIR Portal and were sent to all billing contacts. We ask all members to please follow the process as laid out in the RIPE NCC Billing Procedure 2025: https://www.ripe.net/membership/payment/ripe-ncc-billing-procedure-2025/ For the 2025 invoicing period, we will apply the normal invoicing approach to all of our members. We are conscious that some members might need payment extensions and we will provide these on a per-request basis to members in areas in distress in our service region that are experiencing war or natural disaster. To request an extension, we ask that members fill out the payment extension form: https://www.ripe.net/participate/forms/apply/payment-extension-form/ -- RIPE NCC Quarterly Sanctions Transparency Report (Q1 2025) Published Our latest Quarterly Sanctions Transparency Report (Q1 2025) is now available. Information Services -- ns.ripe.net Sunsetting Complete We have completed the sunsetting of our ns.ripe.net secondary service. Following the RIPE Labs article we published in May 2024, we contacted users of the service to ask them to move away.
