Dear colleagues, The RIPE NCC has published a new version of the procedural document “Independent Internet Number Resources – Contractual Relationship Changes Between Sponsoring LIR and End User”. This document replaces RIPE Document ripe-516. The procedural document describes the modifications that could be made to a contractual relationship between a sponsoring Local Internet Registry (LIR) and an End User of independent Internet number resources, and the possible consequences of such changes or of failure to communicate these changes to the RIPE NCC.
