Dear colleagues, The Survey Matters report on the results of the RIPE NCC Survey 2019 is now published. The full report is available at: https://www.ripe.net/survey2019 The results of the survey give us an excellent overview of what our community thinks about important issues, and they will help us to improve our services and shape our strategy for the years ahead. This survey was launched at the RIPE 78 Meeting and conducted by Survey Matters to ensure independent analysis and anonymity for respondents. 4,161 people from 91 countries completed the survey, the most we've ever received for any of our large-scale surveys. The survey was open to RIPE NCC members as well as other interested parties from our service region and beyond. I would like to thank all who participated for their feedback in what is a very important project for the RIPE NCC. Survey Matters will present on the results at the upcoming RIPE 79 Meeting in Rotterdam, and we will publish a list of key findings that we will work on to address the issues that were raised in the survey.
