This feature is accessible during our standard business hours. Find the Chat icon at the bottom-right of your browser window to start talking to our staff. -- Your Contact Information We ask that you regularly take a moment to check that the contact information listed for you in the LIR Portal is up to date. Information Services -- New RIPE NCC Service Announcements Dashboard We have introduced a new dashboard where you can see any incidents or maintenance affecting our network and services. The dashboard is hosted completely outside of the RIPE NCC’s infrastructure so we can continue reporting even in the event of a major outage. Please check this page if you are experiencing any issues with our services: https://status.ripe.net/ -- Service Criticality Framework We have now published our updated Service Criticality Framework. This framework assigns a criticality rating to each of our services in order to determine the potential risk impact of an outage: https://labs.ripe.net/author/razvano/service-criticality-framework/ -- New Payment Interface for Adyen We currently use Adyen as a payment provider, such as in the LIR Portal and for meeting registrations.
