This is a reminder that there is a call for nominations to the RIPE NCC Executive Board. Nominations will be accepted until Wednesday, 23 April 2025 at 23:59 (UTC).

The election will fill the seats currently held by Ondřej Filip and Remco van Mook, whose terms expire in May 2025.

How to nominate or support a candidate

To nominate a person, you must be a RIPE NCC member and a registered LIR contact.

You can nominate a candidate by filling out the nomination form at:

A person requires nominations from at least five RIPE NCC members, among other legal criteria, to become a candidate.

This follows the requirements outlined in article 9.1 of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association. The outlined requirements can be found at the end of this email.

If you would like to become a candidate, you will need to be nominated by a RIPE NCC Member who is also a registered LIR contact in the LIR Portal. You can nominate yourself if you are a member or be nominated by someone else. You do not need to be a RIPE NCC member yourself to become a Board member.

Executive Board Election Code of Conduct

All candidates must abide by the Executive Board Election Code of Conduct, which you can find at:

The Code of Conduct applies to Executive Board candidates from the moment a nominee becomes a candidate until the deadline to raise any objections against the draft minutes of the General Meeting.

The Code of Conduct Team will evaluate reports of violations of the CoC and if a violation has occurred. You can find information about the team and report violations at:
