Dear members,

As mentioned in our January Member Update, we will carry out a planned
upgrade of our document management system over the coming weekend. Work
on this will start on Friday, 25 January at 17:00 (UTC) and will end on
the evening of Sunday, 27 January. During this time, the LIR Portal will
be unavailable, as will forms usually available to users on www.ripe.net.
