The RIPE NCC Executive Board held its 180th, 181st and 182nd meetings via email in February and March 2025. The minutes from these meetings are now available at:

The Executive Board publishes the minutes of its meetings so that the workings of the Board and the decisions it makes are transparent to the membership it represents. The following is a summary of the main items from the meetings. Further details are available in the minutes.

Main Items

- Chief Legal Officer, Athina Fragkouli, proposed amendments to the RIPE NCC Privacy Statement. The proposed amendments inform data subjects about the processing of their personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the RIPE NCC or a third party, according to GDPR.

- Chief Financial Officer, Simon-Jan Haytink, proposed the provision of a loan from the RIPE NCC to the RIPE NCC Middle East FZ-LLC. The RIPE NCC Middle East FZ-LLC needs a working capital to become operational and the bank has a requirement regarding a minimum balance when an account is opened.

- Following a call for volunteers for the Executive Board Election Code of Conduct Team for May 2025, five volunteers were selected to serve on the Code of Conduct Team.

Resolution EB#180-R-01
The RIPE NCC Executive Board approves the amendments to the document “RIPE NCC Privacy Statement”.

Resolution EB#181-R-01
The RIPE NCC Executive Board resolves the provision of a loan from the RIPE NCC to the RIPE NCC Middle East FZ-LLC of AED 5 million (EUR 1.3 million), which will be paid back in full with an annual interest rate of 5.48% within four years.

Resolution EB#182-R-01:
The RIPE NCC Executive Board resolves to select the following individuals to form the Code of Conduct (CoC) Team for the Executive Board elections taking place during the General Meeting (GM) May 2025:
