Dear RIPE NCC members, The supporting documents for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) May 2019 are now finalised and published at: https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/meetings/may-2019/supporting-do... The documents include: - The RIPE NCC Annual Report 2018 - The RIPE NCC Financial Report 2018 - RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2020 - Options Overview - RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2020 - Option A - RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2020 - Option B - Proposed Amendments to the RIPE NCC Articles of Association - Proposed Amendment to the RIPE NCC Standard Service Agreement Two of the documents relating to the Charging Scheme 2020 (the overview and Option B) have been updated since they were published on 17 April to give more background and add clarity. The Executive Board has been following discussions on the Members Discuss mailing list (members-discuss@ripe.net) and encourages members to continue discussion there. There will be a presentation and further discussion on the Charging Scheme options at the GM on 22 May before members are asked to vote on their preferred option. The proposed amendments to the Articles of Association would change the procedure currently in place to challenge the verdict at a GM. The proposed amendment to the SSA would allow those submitting the document to do so by uploading a scanned copy to the RIPE NCC. The draft agenda containing all the resolutions to be voted on is also available at: https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/meetings/may-2019/agenda I would also like to remind you that there will be an election at the GM to fill two seats on the RIPE NCC Executive Board. There are currently five confirmed candidates. The deadline to nominate candidates is next Wednesday, 1 May 2019 at 23:59 UTC. All the details are available at: https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/meetings/may-2019/executive-boa... Finally, I ask that you all register to participate in this important meeting for the RIPE NCC and its membership. Full remote participation options are available for members who cannot attend in person, including webcast, live chat and electronic voting. Registration can be completed quickly and easily via the LIR Portal: https://www.ripe.net/s/gm-registration-may-2019 Kind regards, Axel Pawlik Managing Director RIPE NCC
